Club bars and taps
« on: July 10, 2014, 12:51:57 pm »
Greetings everyone...  Our club is looking to redo our club bar.  We're curious how many taps most club bars have.  While some in the club are advocating for 10ish or so taps, so would like to see 30 taps.  I think seeing what others have would help us come to a reasonable decision.

Thank you!

I think our largest "single" bar is about 20 taps. All told, we have enough tap capacity to pour somewhere around 60 beers, but the problem with having that many taps is the compulsion to fill it and you sometimes end up with less than stellar stuff online.

AABG has a 12 tap system, a 10 tap system, and a bunch of jockey box systems in the 3 to 5 tap range.

I agree with Drew on being selective.
