Three weeks bottle conditioning and first sample. It seems like about 2 volumes. Normally I am too critical of my own beers. This one is flawless. I locked tgee recipe and will be repeating it a lot. I think it would do well as a 2014 GL 28b American mixed ferment sour, but they will be using 2008 GL at NHC. If 5 bottles survive until march I might try it in Flanders Red. Anyway, I actually impressed myself on this one. And many many thanks to everyone who contributed
