Who the **** would sell me a building?

I really thought someone was going to jump out and yell "Surprise!", but nope, they just make you sign some stuff and then take your money. Suckers.

So yeah, we have a brewery, minus the brewery. Step 19 of 136, by my count...

I think Keith is talking about seeing pictures while they both were at NHC.

Signatures are worth money. It's a limited amount but you can add them together. Buy something with a credit card? One signature. Buy a car? Many signatures. A house? LOTS and LOTS of signatures!

We drove through Leadville last year on the way (the scenic way) to my parents house in NM. When you're open we'll stop by!
