Mr. Beer teaming up with craft brewers

Not a bad way to draw in new homebrewers. I never touched a Mr. Beer kit, but maybe I would have if it came with a kit from a brewery I knew and liked.

I actually went to the home brew store a 30min drive away to get my kit because the Mr beer in Rural King only had "patriot American beer" in the kit, and the refills available were that and light American.  Lucky me the LHBS is pretty big and not far at all

Why do you think that? Not my cup of tea, but anything that gets new Brewers started is good in my eyes.

Have never used a Mr. Beer kit. Your viewpoint is the one I should adopt.

Crazy, that's one of my competitors and I am finding out about it from this forum. Eric's a good guy.
