mead at 4 weeks

Whipped up a batch of straight mead with orange blossom and water and did the staggered nutrient thing.  4 weeks in the wife and I wanted to taste it and WOW!!! Im ready to bottle this thing it tastes great now-I dont want to make a sparkling mead so is their any harm in bottling now?

I would bottle if it tastes good and is clear.

After a party last night a keg of 3 month year old mead got kicked. It was still a little young even with the SNA but that could be in part from it being 14%, it went over well though after dumping a couple pints of what settled.

I think next party I need a session IPA or something on tho so people aren't drinking 14 percenters by the pint.
