Measuring gravity post-boil

If I've done a hop stand after my boil, will this alter any gravity readings I should have done right after the boil was complete?

No, it won't because the hops aren't dissolved into the wort.

Well, you'll continue to get some evaporation during the whirlpool, but I doubt it would be measurable.
