I have the old Blichmann pots, and I love them.  That new valve seems interesting.  Not sure I like the idea of more o-rings though.  It'll be interesting to hear a couple years from now, how well they do.

I expect that I'll probably replace those O-rings every 7 or 8 brews just for good practice.  I wouldn't want one to fail unexpectedly.

I enjoy making videos.  I get paid by a grill company to make cooking videos featuring their grills so the homebrewing videos are just something I plan to do for fun

I picked one of those up a few weeks ago (will be kegging my second batch from it tomorrow). How are you liking it?

I'm pretty happy so far.  I did rig up a corny post to a rubber stopper so I could hit it with a couple lbs. of CO2.
