Postdoc Brewing
« on: October 30, 2014, 05:24:31 pm »
I was in Seattle this week, so I thought I'd look up our old friend Tom Schmidlin at Postdoc Brewing (http://www.postdocbrewing.com/) to see how his new project is coming along.  He said he is just a few weeks away from starting production!

Here are a couple of pics:

The above is where the taproom/retail center will be.  The bar area on the left wall, restrooms in the back and tables everywhere else.

Above here is the 15 bbl MT & BK.

Below is Tom with the fermenters in the background.

I'm looking forward to tasting some of his beer.

Good ol' Tom! Congratulations, buddy! I saw this on the book of faces a few days back. Really excited for him. Really, really excited to come out for a visit.

I figured I would post this, as Tom is too busy running beer lines, but we (I was hired on as the sales manager) open our taproom tomorrow, come hell or high water. If you are in the area, or want to drive all the way out to Redmond, swing on by. We will be open 3-12 tomorrow, 12-12 Saturday, and 12-8 Sunday.

Saw that on the book of face that you were hired, and that Postdoc passed all inspections and would be open.

Congrats to Tom on getting open, and you for getting hired Marc.
