Pretty interesting stuff. Including the fact that they dump almost all of every batch.
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.

Interesting article. I'm curious if their goal is to someday release a legit line of AB craft beers, or to just dress up Shock Top with half-a$$ flavors. So far it's the latter.

EDIT - I know with their empire that the losses down the drain are negligible, but I'm still surprised the batches are that big just to end up with a couple cases.

I was at first as well, but what the guy says about the batch being large enough to scale quickly makes sense.

Funny you mention Landshark. In the tasting room they had a matrix of what beers where produced at what facility for their "specialty" markets. Landshark is made in their Jacksonville, FL brewery.
