Making a IIPA, with the idea us using up the last of my 2013 hops. Which of these would NOT play well together:ColumbusCitraCascadeAmarilloNorthern BrewerSterlingCascadeEKGHallertauer MittelfruehHorizonI'm thinking that most should be fine together EXCEPT Hallertauer, EKG and Sterling. But I'd love your opinions!
Reminds me... if someone wants some hops and wants to PayPal the shipping, they're yours. I don't want to toss them and don't want to brew a whatchgot IPA either. 3/4# simcoe whole, 1/3# simcoe pellets, 1/2# mt hood, 4 individual ounces of mosaic. Should all fit in a USPS flatrate envelope. $10?

4-5 hop varieties is my limit before things start getting muddled.
Thanks for all the input! I ended up using Columbus for a 60 minute addition, and then Amarillo, Cascade and Citra for 15, 10, 5, and whirlpool additions. I'll dry hop with Cascade and Citra. Thanks again for the help!
