What's the best method on this forum for keeping track of my posts and replies?  I haven't found a place where I can quickly scan my own content...

On the main site there is an option under profile to view your posts. You could also subscribe if a topic is of particular interest. I think with subscriptions you can opt for an email every reply, or a daily digest.

It's a rare day when the "Unread" link goes to a second page. That's all I use. The icon for topics I've posted in actually jumps out pretty well IMHO.

If it's any consolation, I've been on here for years and until this thread I had never noticed the little icons except the one for "Locked".

locked threads tend to fall out of the bottom of the screen pretty quickly because they are no longer updated. but it's a tiny padlock on top of the little pages indicating how many posts are in a thread.
