I am 99.9% confident that it will be beer.

Justin,  what were your pre and post boil volumes compared to expected volumes?   Your preboil SG and post boil OG are both higher than what you say beersmith projected. This does not match up with low efficiency unless your volumes were low as well

Fermenting: Nothing (ugh!)
Conditioning: Nothing (UGH!)
In keg: Nothing (Double UGH!)
In the works:  House IPA, Dark Mild, Ballantine Ale clone(still trying to work this one into the schedule)

That's a great question and I think it answered my original question! I double checked in Beersmith this morning and for whatever reason my "Measured Pre-Boil Volume" was set to 4.25 gallons. No idea why that was there, perhaps I had the wrong equipment profile set in there. I changed it to the correct pre-boil volume of 6.25 gallons and now my "efficiency" is back up to 74% in Beersmith.

Glad you all were able to do the math and figure out quickly that my efficiency was higher than Beersmith was initially reporting.
