Can I add a coffee extract at bottling?
« on: November 29, 2014, 08:20:05 am »
I'm planning to make a cold water extract of ground coffee and then add it to a sweet stout at bottling time.  Any tips on that?

The only tip I can offer is to try it with a small sample first to determine the right amount to use. Then scale it up to the whole batch.
