I did this over the summer just for the heck of it and it turned out really good.
1 1/2 gallons of tree Top three apple blend at 1.050.
enough coconut palm sugar to up it to 1.060 (about 10 ozs.)
two good size braeburn apples plus
two good sized pink lady apples: peeled, cored and made mushy in a blender.
one pack of Munton's
F G was .098 and really tasty. I bottled after three weeks and added a bit more of the sugar to bottle condition.
