Packaging Operators Wanted - Epic Brewing (Denver, CO)

Epic Brewing's production facility in Denver is seeking quality minded individuals to fill full time positions on the packaging team. Reporting to the Packaging Supervisor, they will assure that beer is packaged in bottles, cans and kegs ready for distribution and sale. We are currently looking for individuals to fill both daytime and nighttime shifts. Schedule flexibility is a must in a production environment!

Job Duties Include:
•   Safe operation of bottling, labeling, canning and kegging equipment
•   Troubleshooting and making adjustments as needed for smooth operation
•   Quality inspection of all packaged products
•   General maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of packaging equipment
•   Cleaning of kegs and preparation for filling
•   Handling chemicals required for cleaning and sanitization
•   Other duties as required throughout the brewery

Skills/Qualifications:
•   High School diploma or equivalent
•   Prior experience in a production environment
•   Packaging/bottling line experience preferred
•   Forklift certification and/or experience is a plus
•   Strong mechanical background
•   A problem solver with attention to detail
•   Works well under pressure and at a fast pace
•   Ability to stand for extended periods of time
•   Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
•   Must be able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds
•   Must be able to maneuver 165 pound kegs
•   Must be willing to work in noisy, wet and/or cold conditions
•   Available to work long and/or flexible hours and on weekends
•   Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
•   Must have an appreciation for craft beer
•   Knowledge of the brewing process (or home-brewing experience) is a plus!
