Missed the capper question in the advanced stage. Who caps if they are advanced?

Westmalle comes to mind. Or was that a rhetorical question

I also missed the capper question.  What's a colonna capper?  Or a french floor corker?

Collonna is the red and white plastic capper/corker. They are pretty nice considering they are plastic and dual purpose.

I think a French corker is for champagne, the Italian is for belgians.  Makes total sense.

My limited understanding is that the champagne corker runs a scratch down the side of Belgian corks which makes them leak off co2

I missed the one with the hop descriptions, because apparently "grapefruit" doesn't describe Cascade. ::)

Missed the capper question on the hard section, too. Never realized there were so many different styles. Oh well, I'm a kegger anyway.
