The spelling was off, it is süffig,, forgot the umlaut.

definition.

I love it! I work with a few German speakers, I'll have to work it in.

God, you guys p**s me off! I can't get ANY of the above mentioned delicious sounding beers here in Hermiston, Oregon (AKA BFE)!  That's why I started home brewing.  Sure hope I can make something drinkable.
Many of us would be on a strict liquid diet if it weren't for pretzels.

Got to try this...loved it.  Very crisp and refreshing.
Good for Sierra Nevada...year round offering.  I will be enjoying it this summer.

This  ::)  really is an actual beer that is good for a "nooner" well ok, I had mine at 11am

didn't make ti to 3pm...cracked one. really reminds me of the northern german traditional pils. dry, crisp and more bitter than the average-which I love.  the pils i just made is very similar-perle and spalt with about 45 IBU.

Found Nooner on tap the other day. Very nice Pils! Had two pints with a brat sandwich for lunch in Leavenworth, WA.

Look on the bright side, you're closer to Barley Brown's that almost everybody on the forum. There's your silver lining. Those guys have an exquisite touch with the hops.
