Sunday morning BBQ

I don't own a smoker, so this is my favorite way to BBQ.  Low and slow, very little maintenance required as the coals burn around the Weber.

Snake method is my favorite! I did two pork shoulders last sunday with apple wood chips. The nice thing is i vac family size portions and end up with like 8 meals to just heat and serve. The kids love the stuff. I did splurge and bought the larger weber kettle so it holds more. Well worth the money.

Looks great. Hoping to find a decent day to smoke some spare ribs soon. Last damn day o' winter, Big Dance on tv, and bbq weather approaching. Works for me!
