Finally!

After about a year, some $, a swollen hand from drilling out pots, and a lot of questions about why I'm doing this from my wife, the rig is done!  Thanks for all those that helped with posts.  Notice the badass plate chiller from Duda Energy.  Maiden voyage today at my "Man Day" celebration.  Can't wait!

BTW-It's natural gas not propane as I see the canister on the left.  Had a line run in to my garage.....

Looks good, I need your controls!  I bet it rocks its maiden voyage.  Let us know how it went, awesome job.

Thanks boys!  It performed flawlessly on Man Day.  Made 10G of German Pils for the maiden voyage.  The plate chiller took 10G from 212 to 50F in 10 minutes with no ice bath and 45F tap water!  Holy crap!

Working on brew #2 this week.  Something to use my homegrown Cascades.
