If anyone in the  SW Michigan to Chicago area has one of these, I would really like to see it in action.
Thanks

Really curious about the un-boil approach. I tasted a couple of the beers at the conference but I want to hear from at least a couple of users. A friend has been waiting for his to arrive (maybe Feb?) Also I want go over one to look at build quality. Hope to see some posts when you do get to use it.
thanks for responding.
Cheers!
