Hello everyone
I just bottled my third batch that turned out.
It is a scottish ale 70/-. 
Started drinking my apple ale.  I based it off of a cream ale recipe with apple juice added to the primary and dry hopped with apple peels. And added apple flavoring at bottling time
   The apple flavor is pronounced which is what i wanted but it has a thin mouthfeel. 
The recipe was 3.3 lbs of light lme.  .5 lbs carapils for head retention.
