Ok, now that's pretty cool. Sounds like Sierra spent a ton of time on the process. Gotta say I'm excited, but I want to try it to see, of course. Pretty amazing that the 2012 oil was still very fresh. It could be huge in years where there are hop shortages due to climate, disease, etc.

EDIT - Some fresh hop beers are obviously better than others, but I bet this one is good. In general, it could be a great thing for the industry. Of course it's Sierra's technology for now, so it'll be interesting to see how it shakes out.

I made a hop tincture this fall with grain alcohol, fresh hops nd a french press. The bottled tincture absolutly still is pure fresh hop aroma and flavor.
