Dark star burner return

I just wanted to give northern brewer a nod to the excellent customer service i received today. I bought this burner last may and have noticed a lot of soot on the bottom of my pot. I knew it wasn't right but it works and is rather efficient but decided to email northern and share this with them. Not only did they respond to my email within 15 minutes but also admitted they had some issues with some of those burners and verified my info and told me the replacement should be at my doorstep on Wednesday. That is excellent customer service and service like that goes a long way in my book.

I've had nothing but good experiences with NB.  A couple times they asked for a picture but probably just to diagnose the problem.  Always took care of me.
