I agree. This is the best argument for doing it yourself.
UPDATE: First brew day with the new Maltmill went extremely well. I brewed a double batch of all-pilsner Kolsch. Target gravity was 1.050 calculated on BeerSmith at 75%. I ended up with a little over 9 gallons at 1.056, which is an efficiency of 78.9%. I topped it off with one gallon of water in the fermenter bringing up to just over ten gallons at 1.050. Perfect! I'm very happy with the new mill.
