Anything going on there gents?

For me, I'll have to clean the 5 kegs that blew free last weekend and catch up on some writing work.

This non-gent is doing a lambic before the basement gets too warm for the initial fermentation.

I always do stuff backwards... huge stouty beers for spring and summer, and ligher, pale type beers for winter.  So, in the spirit of that, we're doing a Blackberry Russian Imperial Stout on Saturday.

There's a rumor of some brewing going on here...  Not sure what yet, or if it will happen.  10 gallons of something.

Probably the house pale ale.  Since I am out...

No brewing here either, and I don't really have any brewery work to do, so just a nice weekend of enjoying the fruits of my labor  ;)
