Keg Charger
« on: January 11, 2015, 02:04:56 pm »
I have a keg charger that when I connect it to keg Co2 disconnect it makes a low hissing noise. Thoughts?

Either it is the sound of CO2 going into the keg or it is leaking.  Spray some star san or other foaming liquid on it and see if it is leaking.

I suppose it could be excess pressure in the keg relieving through the adapter if it has much greater pressure in the keg.  Did you try letting off co2 from the keg down to serving pressure?
