up-size regulator on propane burner
« on: January 15, 2015, 05:29:10 am »
Im thinking of trying larger 10 gal batches of beer. I have the dark star burner from northern brewer and was wondering if its possible to just swap out the regulator to a 10 psi to get more output from this burner?
Thanks,

I just swapped out my 5 psi for a 10 psi regulator on a bayou classic burner. I have noticed a difference but I am only doing 5 gallon batches. My only complaint is that the new regulator is more sensitive so it is hard to dial in my previous boil off.
