Brand new beer style...
« on: April 21, 2015, 05:20:55 pm »
I just poured half a slightly undercarbed IPA, so I topped it up with a nice black IPA.  I think I just invented Brown IPA.

Paint the Town Brown!

Sounds like the best use of black IPA that I've heard yet.

Funny how polarizing BIPA is - zero middle ground.   ;D

Don't want to derail the OP but I thought I understood the whole "brewery guys have beards thing" until I saw that guys mutton chops.  Just had to say it.  Sorry.

Back to your original programming.

I don't get the whole BIPA thing either.  Maybe it's just me being an old guy too set in my ways.

I think Dogfish Indian Brown Ale has been around a lot longer than Black IPA has been. So old that it's new again, maybe? :)
