First post and first AG brew
« on: January 27, 2015, 01:01:56 pm »
This past Sunday I brewed my first AG batch. I learned a lot. It was a blue moon clone kit from AIH and I way undershot my gravity readings. And was way over at mash temp about 165 had to add cod water. Only got about %50 eff. But it was fun. It is fermenting away. So I ordered another kit and will give it another shot in 2 weeks. It was also a BIAB.

I wish my wife would let me ferment on the table....

Man, if nothing else it will be beer, beer you made...bo0OMSauce

Make notes while it is still fresh in your head, refine your process, it will get better and easier. Just not cheeper..lol
