Interested to hear your impressions. I was disappointed in them but also didn't showcase them properly.
On Tap/Bottled: IPL, Adjunct Vienna, Golden Stout, Honey Lager
Fermenting: IPA
Up Next: mexi lager, Germerican pale ale

I've got 8 ounces of these and now I'm afraid to use them...  :(

Same here. I have a partial keg of clean blonde ale on tap now. I may bite the bullet and add some Jarrylo to the keg to assess them in a clean beer. But I've read online that Victory and Ninkasi both released single hop beers with Jarrylo, so (being good breweries) it's hard to believe that the hop is as bad as a few of the accounts. I may just find out for myself. Clean beer, no competing hops.

Great Lakes has a summer release called Sharpshooter Session Wheat IPA that's "loaded with Jarrylo hops."  I thought this beer tasted grassy.  I got 4 oz. of this hop when I re-upped my membership and I'm thinking of seeing if I can do a trade with my LHBS to get something I would like to use.

A recipe just went up on the site for an azacca/jaryllo pale ale for anybody looking for an idea how to use these hops.

I got both azacca and jaryllo when I renewed my AHA membership a couple months ago. They are probably making their way into a saison or BPA...or both.

I was thinking saison when I bought mine. But with the reports I've read and the fact that they seem to have to give these things away, I'm holding off for now.

When did you get the hops for reuuping with the AHA?  I'm still awaiting for mine.

I'm not sure exactly.  About a month ago I did an IPA with some of the Azacca and I probably got them 3-4 weeks before that.

I just got mine this past Saturday.
Corn is a fine adjunct in beer.

And don't buy stale beer.

My hops showed up last Friday or Saturday.  The wait was long enough that I had forgotten about them.  Like, seemingly, everyone else I'm still trying to decide what to do with them.

They're sitting happily in my freezer. The bags claim they're nitrogen flushed, so I'm thinking they'll be happy waiting for me to figure out what to do with them.
