That's the other half of the party - their food.  Love the schweinshaxen.

Ken, I like your style.  You are giving my incentive to purchase another lager refrigerator.  I brewed lager beer almost exclusively before I took lengthy hiatus from the hobby.  My house beer style was Dortmunder followed closely by Pre-Pro Pils.

We need a place like that in Huntsville. There is a big German culture here what from all the German rocket scientists we brought over after WWII. I tried to talk my partners into going German with the next build out of Yellowhammer. But they never listen to me about anything except the beer and we are going with pizza instead. Now, it is a really good pizza. But still, we are missing out. I jealous.

It's great we finally got a HofbrÀuhaus in Cleveland.

Next time I'm visiting Rocket H-D,  do you have tours and tastings at Yellowhammer?

I'm happy to inspire via my consumption ;)

Hmm?? When the AHA conference was in Vegas over a decade ago, the Hofbrauhaus had just opened and it was outstanding. We had a pile of homebrewers getting crazy in there. Sorry to hear it may have gone downhill. All the beer was flown in directly from Germany at that time.
