I haven't been to the Hofbrauhaus in Newport for a while - need to get down there, like in the spring.right. more sweet malt than dunkel, yet very crisp and refreshing. we do a trip every year to cinci/newport on the harley. the best Hofbräuhaus outside of Munich IMO. We just got one in Cleveland-very nice and its always packed. Dont ever waste your time on the one in Vegas...poor representation and food quality.

That lager sounds great, btw.Great seasonal beers tapped in spring - March is the Dopplebock, April Hopfen Spezial , and May Maibock.
Good to know about the location in Vegas. I've driven by it several times but never made it over. I did visit the one in south beach in Lincoln Mall. Some sausage a liter of crisp lager really hit the spot in the damp heat.
Looks like Newport. Damn I gotta get there ! Looks great.
