Super nice build! One question, why is the burner on the left much lower than the other two?

Excellent question!

If I run these burners at full tilt under the mash or for my strike water, they will overshoot by a couple of degrees and scortch the wort.  So the HLT and MT burners are about half power so when they kick on they do not overpower.  The Boil Kettle burner gets 15G of 155F wort to boil in about 12 minutes at full tilt.  So I keep that one lower so I can power it up all the way.  Took this last night to post today so a timely question!

Dave

EDIT: Actually that is at about 75% power......they are sick burners!

Nice garage heater Dave! Seriously, nice job. What size plate chiller?

Thanks Diane!  I do actually have to open the garage during the boil no matter how cold outside as it gets up over 80!  The chiller is a Duda Energy high performance chiller.  18.3" long and 40 plates it gets the wort to pitching temps super fast.
