Picobrew announces its second product

Picobrew just launched KegSmarts on Kickstarter. Looks like it simply weighs the keg to determine how much beer you have left in the keg.

Edit - Just noticed they also have a keg jacket that appears to have a heater in it for folks that ferment in cornykegs and it is controlled by the same unit.

so that zymatic looks crazy. you put everything in and it performs the mash or whats the deal?

Basically. It performs the mash in the unit and the "boil" between a connected corny keg and the unit. I say "boil" because as far as I know, the wort never reaches a complete boil.

wow. for $2,000 and 2.5 gals, it better order the malt, hops, yeast and start making another batch every time it knows im getting empty!  super cool if it works well, but cost..... :-\
