HOMEBREWING IN PUERTO RICO

HELLO TO ALL:
IM A HOMEBREWER IN THE ISLAND OF PUERTO RICO AND WOULD LIKE TO FIND OTHERS AROUND HERE THAT ARE ALSO IN TO THIS WONDERFULL HOBBIE JUST TO EXCHANGE RECIPIES AND WHO KNOWS PROBABLY MAKE A CLUB.

Welcome, Not in Puerto Rico but good luck in your search for other home brewers.

BTW, do you cook as well? I love Puerto Rican food. I have a few questions, that a real Islander could answer.

I need a good mofongo recipe.

And what is the trick for making the stuff mashed potato balls? Im sorry I forgot the name of these. They almost always fall apart on me.

Have you ever had one of the coconut water ices? The kind that is made with the creamed coconut? I want to make that at home.

I really like Morcillia, Bluesman I know doesnt like it so much but he tried it. 

I love PR food. I cant get enough.

Do you guys make some kind of corn beer down there? An alcholic malta?
