I voted. I read Jonathan's write up and was impressed with the prominence of diversity and inclusiveness. I work for an organization that has worked really hard on diversity the past few years and I'm amazed by how much it has invigorated the institution and brought in new ways of looking at things, and not just about diversity issues but everything really. An organization the is not inclusive, especially a group like this that essentially is about sharing information, loses a lot.
