Alright I'm in the planning stages for upgrading my brewery,  I prices stout tanks and ss brew tech. I'm looking for the quality of stout tanks and was wondering what other company's are out there,  one big thing I want is bottom drain mash tun and HERMS in the HLT obliviously I can do that if not an option.  So what other company's are out there with stout tank quality/ options.  Any help is awesome im drawing a blank on what to search and Google just sorta gives me northern brewer and Midwest supply for kettles lol

Are there any other brands that make kettles like stout that are maybe like a knock off China brand or something,  I'm just getting prices together to bring it to the misses and explain my ways of going, if I can pull it stout tanks will hopefully be my new toys but we will see lol

Spike Brewing makes some nice heavy gauge kettles, with good quality TIG welds.
