I've noticed that to an extent with the IPA glasses. The etched bottom supposedly releases carbonation, and the narrow mouth seems to push the foam up and out . But not to the extent of your beer - that looks pretty amazing.

I get this type of foam on beers that I dry hop in the keg,not sure of the exact science for it but its common with the method, probably has to do with nucleation points from the hops

Weak attempt.  But I tried.  No staying power.  Same beer/pour/different glass.

I give up on the pic insert tool.

That's not a head.  It's a meringue.

The only other thing I have been doing different other than using a grant is taking better care of the mash bed, which has also brought my efficiency up to near 80%.

Can you explain what this means?  Disturbing it less, or perhaps raking it?  I assume you're fly sparging  ;)
