I've said it before an to reiterate this is an amazing civil forum. Aside from that, the folks here are extremely helpful, kind, and generous with their responses and help (except that one guy...you know who you are).

One example of this is that yesterday I sent a message to someone and asked if I could call them and chat about a question I had. Within a few minutes, got a response and had a great conversation with him.

I can say from experience that the other homebrewing online resources out there (Reddit, Homebrew Talk, etc.) you just can't get this level of experience and help.
