head retention
« on: March 03, 2015, 11:16:18 am »
been a few post recently on this-some perhaps beer related and others equipment related.

I came across this from weyermann, and curious what others think of beer PH being one culprit for poor head of beer:

"Finished beers with pH-values at or below 4.4 have
greater foam stability and head retention than
those with values of 4.5 and above."
