I am not much of a DIY guy and I definately don't want to mess with electricity. Does any one know of any homebrewsupply shops that sell heat sticks for electric brewing simlar to these?

Look for a "bucket heater" like one of these:

- make sure it can bring the water to a boil, some only heat to 110 degrees or so. I got one of these a couple years ago and I have used it in conjunction with my digital ranco to preheat my dough in water. Takes a few hours though so its a good idea to set it up over night.
