I'm pounding some dry Irish Stout I made to be ready for today. So smooth and tasty .Made some honey roasted salmon with stout glaze and potatoes sliced thin and roasted with sour cream and dill. This after a long day. I put on a Celtic Pandora station and we're having fun . And I'm only half Irish.

Also- Once when I was not even drinking age I explained to two Peruvians, in my High School Spanish, why we were drinking green beer on St. Patrick's Day.

In Canada this week for work and it happens that there is an Irish pub sharing the parking lot of my hotel.  It was jammed at lunch when we drove by and when I returned the hotel every surrounding lot was full.  Didn't even bother and ended up having a pint at the Swiss Chalet since neither of us were interested in driving any where.  I'll stand in line for many things...commercial beer isn't one of them.
