Good luck with your brew H.O.G.
Tomorrow is brew day for me......I'm doing 40 litres of my favourite tried and tested pale ale; but I'm switching the hops.
Grain bill 88% marris otter pale malt, 8% munich, 4% light wheat malt.
I have not done my sums yet for the hop additions but I will be bittering with Vic's Secret at 90 mins, large addition of First Gold at 20 and then another large addition of Vic's at flameout.....hop stand for 30 mins.
I usually make this recipe with a Galaxy/EKG/Galaxy combo.

Brewing tomorrow; Grapefruit APA inspired by Ballast Point's Grapefruit Sculpin I had the other night.

Sorry for the chicken scratch, I'm a lefty. And I went with Citra over Chinook because that's what my LHBS had, some guy came in before me and cleared them out of Chinook. The big jerk.

I think I will actually brew this weekend. Haven't brewed since the first weekend of January. Going to finally brew up a CAP that has been on the docket for a while. Can't wait to open up the 2014 whole leaf Cluster from hop Union.

Munich Dunkel for me tomorrow. Gotta get another lager in before the weather warms up, though there are no signs of spring here yet. It's snowing as I type this post.

I'm brewing 10 gal of sour beer. I'm splitting 5 gal to use with ECY Bug County and 5 gal with US-05 and bottle dregs. One of these will get fruit some time later.

I am brewing a Dunkel Weizen tomorrow. I was going to do a Decoction but decided on a step infusion instead based on comments here. I am really looking forward to this brew.

I may do some bottling once i get some spring cleaning done. After the rye stout and the cider get in bottles, I will transfer my heady topper into secondary with the first round of dry hops. Finally, I need to degas my tupelo mead and add some more yeast nutrient.
Primary: Wingfoot v.3.0 (Waimea/Pacifica), Chinook IPA
Bottled/Kegged: Best Bitter
On Deck: BVIP, Swiss Czechtoberfest

Tomorrow I'll be brewing 10 gal of Munich Helles.  Same day I'll be kegging some German Pils and re-pitching its 34/70 yeast slurry into the Helles.  I've heard that this yeast is actually better 2nd pitch and then for a few more generations.

Looking at a calm sunny day per the weather report.

Two sets of BoPils  (10 gals per) - first one all Saaz the second one US Magnum FWH, then Saaz same as the first.  Pretty equal IBU's , so I want to see the difference , if any.
