How is the BEER? I guess it is just now fermenting?
Curious about all of you that are giddy about the fast chill on your own systems.
Seems like a $2K beer machine should have a rapid chill feature and not be aerating warm wort?
I have always suspected we may overemphasize the importance of the superrapidchill,
but curious how it may effect the final product.
