ok then... same age as me. You have more hair and it's much darker. Do you cold steep dark roast for that? :)

Yeah, I would guess mid-30's based on that photo. I'm mid-30's and the beard is getting pretty gray. If I shaved to match you, it would be 100% gray.

I will say that picture is 2 years old, and there's a little more salt in the pepper now. Not a lot, though.
