When you ship, hang on to your tracking number and PM it to your recipient as a courtesy.

Shipping due date is April 30!

I just want to make sure this is right: the person that I am shipping to is NOT the person shipping to me. I thought there was some context here that made me think people were paired up but I PM'd the person I'm sending to let them know when I'm shipping and they are not sending to me. This is not a problem, I'm just making sure I don't end up beerless

suggestion for now or if too late, next round:


keep the swap 1 to 1-i ship to person shipping to me. this way they can coordinate what and how mcuh they are swapping.
try to coordinate regional proximity to keep shipping costs par for each.

There's nothing stopping anyone from PMing any other member at any time and coordinating a one on one beer swap with agreed contracts of precisely what is being sent so there are no surprises or fun involved.

Pete, its not one on one. But if everyone follows instructions you should get a tracking number PM by the 30th.

I bought my bubble wrap and a couple local commercial add alongs. Ship tomorrow hopefully. Crossing my fingers that Matt hasn't had Pelican Cape Kiwanda or Deschutes Hop Henge yet. One is a #1 classic example and the other has a cool story related to my neighborhood. Deschutes was on their way home from Yakima with a few bales of hops and got inspired by out replica of Stonehenge. So they built a Stonehenge out of hop bales when they got home and named the beer after it.
