I plan to brew a cider in a few months using some juice and some apples. I have a coupon for a juice I'd like to try, but I'd have to use it 2 or 3 months before I'm going to do the cider. Would it be okay to freeze the juice until I make the cider.

Yes, frozen juice will still make very good cider.  Go for it.

yeah sometimes I just ferment a blend of what I've got, but other times I don't have the apples I want on hand and the juice in question isn't something i use alone (say, Yarlington Mill).  Freezing works great.  I think it loses something, but not much, with the time frames I'm using it within.

Freezing will work fine... Just remember to not freeze full containers... or they may burst...

#1 I definitely plan to pour out a bit to taste it to be sure I really want to use it.
