Pomegranate Ale
«

Hi everybody.
Been super busy brewing away - here in Israel.
I'm looking for a simple ale (Pale Ale) recipe that has Pomegranate juice added - also maybe some honey.
Any suggestions or ideas?
Planing to add the fruit juice during the boil but would happily try something else.
Thanks
David

Whatever you do dont boil the juice.
Maybe add it at flame out if you are worried about bugs that may be present.
I think there is a thread somewhere in here about pomegranate wheat beer.

What about adding some of that POM juice at kegging, then chill the keg to serve. I would imagine that if you don't chill it will simply ferment as if in secondary. I bet it would make for a pretty tart ale.
