SS BrewTech or MoreBeer Economy SS Kettle?

I'm looking to upgrade my 5 gal aluminum kettle to a nice 15 gal stainless kettle. Should I go for the high end (SS BrewTech ~$275) or save $100 and get one of the MoreBeer economy stainless kettles? I currently do 5 gal extract and want to start experimenting with BIAB and partial mash.

Every time I've bought the cheaper option I've regretted it, to the point that now I have two Blichmann pots. I would go with the SS Brewtech pot.

SS Brew Tech. When I upgraded I debated the same thing and went with a Blichmann. Buy once cry once.
