Building A Better Hop Pellet

Saw this on Stan H's blog. Looks to be a pretty nice upgrade in pellet producing technology (and quality) that will hopefully trickle down to homebrewers at some point.

That is cool.  Technology bettering our hops.  I bet one day we won't even have to add pellets to our beers at all to achieve our hoppiest brews out there.
